1. Champion

In a business context, a champion is one who speaks positively about a given product, practice, or innovation to others within a company.

Significance

Champions are often seen as being key in helping to spread the adoption of a new technology within an organization. If a champion can influence others with a positive bias about a change, then the change stands a greater chance of being accepted into the corporate culture.
