By - Source: Toms IT Pro

Google Assistant is about a year old, and the company just keeps making this virtual AI chatbot smarter and more versatile. It's now available on the iPhone. You don't have to exclusively speak to it, you can type instead. It works with Google Home and can access third-party actions. Later this year it will also work with Google Photos. But did you know it can help you with work?

To do so, you have to enable Allo and/or Assistant to work with your Google Apps account. Start by opening your admin.google.com page and sign in.

1. Click on Apps.

2. Select Additional Google Services.

3. Click on the three dots next to Web & App Activity.

4. Click On For Everyone. You'll then have to confirm that selection. It may take a few hours before it is available to all your users.
