Huawei is launching call center services, equipment delivery, and technical support for enterprises across the U.S. market. The company also announced today at Interop 2014 in Las Vegas that it is making its Certified Service Partner Program available to support partners and enterprises in deployment and maintenance of Huawei's information and communications technology (ICT) products and services.

Call center support is provided by Huawei Enterprise Services and Support and delivered by the Huawei Technical Assistance Center (TAC) in Mechanicsburg, PA. The call center services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through Huawei authorized service partner Essintial Enterprise Solutions.

Other locations that will provide frontline and backline support are through TAC operations in Plano, Texas, Romania, and China. A four hour onsite response option is available for technical support that includes parts and services and is available from over 40,000 U.S. locations, in addition to next business day parts delivery.

"Huawei’s partnership with Essintial to offer comprehensive post-sales ICT service and support demonstrates their commitment to long-term customer relationships," stated Essintial CEO Tom York, a former 31 year veteran IBM Global Services executive. "Essintial’s extensive experience supporting OEMs and channel partners extends Huawei’s capabilities to offer end-to-end solutions."

Huawei and Huawei Authorized Learning Partners, including Sumaria Networks, will provide the Huawei Certified Service Partner Program. Certification training is available in a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, virtual classroom, self-paced e-learning and telepresence.

Huawei HCNA, HCNP and HCIE technical certification exams are administered by Pearson-Vue.

In a related announcement, Huawei added Newegg as an Enterprise Channel Partner on Tuesday.

"Newegg is a well-known brand in the IT industry, and is a welcome addition to the Huawei Enterprise channel program," said Jane Li, COO for Huawei Enterprise USA. "As we have expanded our enterprise solutions portfolio in the U.S. market, we have also seen increased interest by resellers and distributors that want to offer customers high-quality, competitive solutions."

Huawei Enterprise portfolio includes networking, server storage, eLTE, cloud and data center networks, BYOD, videoconferencing and collaboration solutions. The company is one of the world's largest telecommunications providers with a presence in over 140 countries.
