Savvis Expands Enterprise Cloud Ecosystem Program

Savvis expands Cloud Ecosystem ProgramSavvis adds BMC Software, ServiceMesh and Rackware to available Cloud Services.

Savvis is expanding its Enterprise Cloud Ecosystem Program, which the company claims now adds up to a full portfolio of enterprise services that are available via its cloud infrastructure services.

In addition to Compuware, DataGardens, Racemi, RiverMeadow Software and ScaleXtreme, Savvis is now also integrating BMC Software, ServiceMesh and Rackware products for private, hybrid and public cloud environments.

"With the Savvis Cloud Ecosystem Program, our enterprise customers will be able to continue to leverage our software management tools to optimize their hybrid cloud deployments while also gaining additional product enhancements," said Tim Fessenden, BMC Software's area vice president of cloud and data center automation, in a prepared satetment. "We have been collaborating for the past several months and already have a number of common customers with Savvis who are early adopters."

Savvis leverages VMware's 1.5 vCloud Director API to connect to the services.
